ATHLETE TRAINING PROGRAMS
We train professional athletes from World Champions to the NFL, UFC, WTA and NHL. The Limitless team will work with you on your quest to become a legend in your sport. Our proven training systems for strength, speed, movement, and recovery will give you the edge you need to play and compete at your best now and continue at the highest level for years to come.

We help prepare collegiate athletes for their competitive futures through development that translates to the field. Our unique training system optimizes all phases of sprinting and multidirectional speed, strength and stability, rotational power, recovery, and injury risk reduction. Using the results of your evaluations, you will work with our physical therapy team to uncover strengths and weaknesses, discuss injury concerns, and set goals to unleash your full potential.

We treat young athletes like they are young people. We use age-appropriate, field-proven training methods to teach them to move properly and develop the sport specific skills to improve and compete. We have two goals for young athletes: reduce their injury risk and help them advance to the next level.

We have taken the same expert knowledge we apply to building strength, speed, agility, and power in professional athletes and tailored it to meet your needs. Whether you want to get in shape, lose weight or just be better prepared for activities such as running, biking, golf or tennis, our programs will make you stronger and healthier.

Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy
As an athlete you are at risk of injury, whether you are a professional or amateur. Sports medicine refers to the practice of treating athletic injuries – particularly those affecting the musculoskeletal system.
Certain types of injuries are more common in one sport versus another, but the most common injuries we see are:
- Ankle sprains
- Knee and shoulder injuries
- Tendon, ligament, and muscle injuries
- Concussions and other head injuries
- Back and neck pain
Many of the therapies used in sports medicine are universal to all sports, designed to develop overall athleticism and resilience; at limitless we recognize that each sport and discipline has specific demands so we have developed extensive sport-specific protocols to help optimize performance and limit injury risk.
Limitless Sports Medicine isn’t just for athletes. If you are an active individual with an injury or condition preventing you from enjoying the activities you love, our sports medicine specialists can help.

Rob is GREAT! I was experiencing severe neck and trap pain when I was about 2-3 weeks out from a powerlifting meet. I couldn’t do much. I could barely get myself out of bed because my neck hurt so bad. I was able to compete at my meet after about 5 sessions with Rob. I placed 1st in multiple divisions and broke 2 state records. Extremely grateful for the work he’s put in. I still see him regularly to work on other existing issues and injuries that arise.
