Torn Meniscus

Meniscus tears are common knee injuries, especially among athletes. Athletes who suddenly twist their knees — such as by pivoting to catch a ball — are more likely to tear their cartilage. People with arthritis in their knees also suffer more frequently from a torn meniscus.

ACL Tear

An ACL tear occurs when the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), located at the center of your knee, is damaged.

Runner’s Knee

Runner’s knee means that you have pain around the kneecap. It’s also known as Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.
