Dr. Robert Robb
PT, DPT

Dr. Robb is a graduate of UNLV’s physical therapy program in 2013. He is very enthusiastic and passionate about what he does. Originally from Utah, being an Air Force brat he moved around a lot. He has been exposed to a lot of different cultures and beliefs from a young age, causing him to be a very open-minded person. He has worked in a variety of settings, mainly Orthopedics, however, has extensive experience with acute therapy, rehab, and home therapy. He has specialized in McKenzie, general, and sports orthopedics. He would say his specialty is dry needling.
He loves being active with his family and friends and wants to stay young as long as possible. He LOVES snowboarding. He also loves working with people who want to stay active or get back to being active. “That’s really the greatest gift that we can give people if we can get them back to doing something they thought they would never do again, or helping them reach a goal.”
Dr. Beren Shah
PT, DPT

Beren is a dedicated physical therapist who was born and raised in southern California and relocated to Las Vegas. Beren received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2009 followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2014. Beren spent the first 3 years of his career working in several settings including outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, acute care, wound care, and home health. During this time, he developed a passion for sports and orthopedic rehabilitation and was determined to provide a better care model than the average “big box” clinic. Beren is passionate about the profession and is also involved with professional and patient advocacy locally in Carson City and nationally in Washington D.C. and is an active participant in both the Nevada Board of Physical Therapy as well as the Nevada Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association. He loves spending time with his wife and two kids and enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors!
Dr. Ashley Delobel
PT, DPT

Ashley was born and raised in Henderson, NV. She graduated from Basic High School in 2004 and participated in cross country, basketball, track, and field. Ashley graduated from UNLV with her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2009 and UNLV Physical Therapy Department in 2013. Ashley loves to work with young athletes and children. She treats many different injuries including back and neck pain, post-surgical, chronic pain, and sports injuries. She has received certifications in dry needling and Kinesio-taping and has taken many classes on concussion rehabilitation. Ashley still lives in Henderson with her husband and 2 children.
Dr. Christopher Wilson
PT, DPT

Christopher is a hardworking and compassionate physical therapist who was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Kinesiological Sciences and received his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico. Christopher is certified in Functional Dry Needling, Mulligan Manual Therapy techniques (Lower Quarter), vestibular rehabilitation, and BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) treatments.
Christopher has worked as a Physical Therapist for 2 years in outpatient orthopedics and neurological/balance rehab. He has experience with patients ranging from high-level athletes to pediatrics and geriatric populations. Christopher enjoys exercising, hiking, bike riding, going to concerts and baseball games, and spending time with his friends, family, and his fiancé and their dog, Tinkerbell. Christopher got into the field of physical therapy to make a difference in every patient’s life, and to create long-lasting positive change.
Dr. Andrew Herbert-Biggers
PT, DPT, COMT

Andrew is a Physical Therapist from southern California who grew up spending most of his time playing sports or exercising. He attended California State University, Fullerton to get a degree in Kinesiology and further his exercise knowledge. During his undergraduate years, he found fulfillment in helping others recover from their injuries and went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical therapy from the University of Washington in 2019. For the past 3 years, Andrew has been practicing outpatient PT in the Las Vegas area. During that time, he continued expanding his knowledge and completed a 1.5-year program to receive his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist credentials.
Dr. Sally Basta
PT, DPT

Sally is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science along with a minor in Nutrition, with an emphasis on sports performance from the University of Utah in 2009. She went on to attain a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2013. Her doctoral project addressed the efficacy of physical therapy on sports-related concussions. Sally moved to Las Vegas shortly after graduating and began working in outpatient orthopedics, now with over 4 years of experience working with clients of all ages and abilities. In 2015, she advanced her education by completing a certification in vestibular rehabilitation, treating both dizziness disorders as well as concussions. She has since collaborated with a variety of clinicians in treating both orthopedic and vestibular diagnoses.
Christina Mouzoon
PTA

Christina grew up in the Las Vegas Valley where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at the College of Southern Nevada. With 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, she has treated a variety of patients in post-surgical orthopedic recovery, cervical and back pain management, sports injury rehab, and concussion management. She has experience with blood flow restriction, Kinesio Taping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue massage. Christina enjoys the challenge of working with patients of all kinds and has a passion for treating youth athletes. She has been involved with the Nevada Storm and Jr. Golden Knights hockey organizations for almost 10 years, where she volunteered as a dryland coach for several travel teams. She is well versed in hockey injuries and sport-specific prehab, rehab, and periodization for enhancing athletic performance. Christina is passionate about both helping others achieve their physical therapy goals and dominating in the sports they love.
Raquel Rodriguez
PTA

Raquel is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2014 and later went on to earn her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Carrington College. She was born in Honolulu, Hawai’i, moved around Southern California during her childhood then moved to Las Vegas in 2000. She has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant from 2018-2021 and spent the last year enjoying motherhood. Raquel has thoroughly enjoyed working mostly in orthopedic outpatient settings where she has treated a range of neurological and neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic and soft tissue injuries, spinal cord injuries, as well as sports-related injuries. She has experience with instrument-assisted soft tissue massage, blood flow restriction, myofascial release, and cupping. She takes pride in helping people return to prior activity post-injury and to achieve their physical therapy goals through education and motivation. Raquel loves doing high-intensity interval training, Pilates, hiking, and misses the beaches of Hawai’i.
Michelle Fishback
PTA

Michelle is a physical therapist assistant, receiving her PTA degree from Pima Medical Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has spent 5 years in post acute care in an inpatient setting, helping people attain their maximum potential. She also has a home health background, getting to train people one on one within their own environment. Michelle has worked closely with a wide range of patients, including but not limited to: post-op orthopedics, neurological disorders, cardiopulmonary, post amputations, and general debilitation. She loves working with a variety of cases and helping people improve their mobility. Whether it’s using techniques to relieve someone’s pain or teaching someone how to walk again, Michelle gets excited for the potential of making progress. On her free time, you’ll find Michelle weight lifting at the gym, hiking, traveling, reading, playing guitar, or hanging out with her dog.
Tyler Ellwein
LAT, ATC, NASM-PES

Tyer is a licensed Athletic Trainer who graduated with a BA in athletic training from Liberty University in 2014. Tyler was born in South Dakota, raised in Maryland, and moved to Las Vegas in 2014. He has worked as a GA Athletic Trainer for UNLV for the Track & Field and Swimming & Diving teams from 2014-2016. Following his time at UNLV Tyler became a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist via NASM and took on the challenge of being the Director of Operations and Assistant Performance Coach at Athletic Gaines Las Vegas from 2017-2018. Tyler further diversified as a teacher, athletic trainer, and Coach at Calvary Chapel Christin School from 2018-2019 prior to simultaneously joining Game Changers Sports as a performance coach and Limitless Therapy Services as an Athletic Trainer. Tyler loves to stay active by hiking, disc golfing, snowboarding, playing basketball, and training. He enjoys traveling, going to live concerts and shows, and enjoys meditating, reading, and listening/playing music in his free time.
Jasmine Brooks

I did my undergraduate work at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA and received my Master’s in Kinesiology at UNLV. I am mommy of a handsome son named Jahari. I have been in the Athletic Training profession for 4 years and have been blessed to work in professional sports for most of that. I have worked with the Las Vegas Aces, Athletes Unlimited Basketball, The Harlem Globetrotters and the Vegas Knighthawks. Growing up I was a dancer and Track & Field athlete. And was even a head Track coach at a high school in Modesto, CA, and a high jump coach at a high school in North Las Vegas.
Kanosha Gray

I am a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Las Vegas, NV. As a member of the healthcare team, I collaborate with physicians to optimize the activity and participation of patients and clients. My duties as an athletic trainer would include the prevention, diagnosis & intervention of emergency, acute and chronic medical conditions involving impairment, functional limitations & disabilities. I am passionate about the advocacy of diversity and inclusion in the athletic training setting and across performance medicine professions. I seek to increase my scope of practice as a medical professional through continued education. I am a second-year student physical therapist at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Pursuing my doctoral degree in physical therapy has enhanced my love of sports medicine.
Meredith Gutowski
MS, LAT, ATC, CES

Meredith is a newly licensed athletic trainer who graduated from UNLV with a BS in athletic training. She also holds an MS in kinesiology with an emphasis in biomechanics from UNLV where she completed her professional paper on visual cues on the mechanics of a golf swing. During this time she also obtained her corrective exercise certification through NASM. Born and raised in southern Nevada, Meredith enjoys being active by golfing snowboarding playing soccer riding, and going to the gym. She also enjoys traveling, being in the mountains and at the beach, listening to live music, hockey games but also enjoys being a homebody with her dog Revy.

Kaytlyn is a hardworking mother of 3. She was born and raised in Texas where she received Associate Degrees in Science and Music Performance from Trinity Valley Community College. Kaytlyn is now working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has extensive background experience in the hospitality industry. She enjoys being outside and near any body of water, whether it be going to the lake or traveling to California to enjoy the beach with her family. She has 2 daughters and a son who keep her world revolving; from T-ball, gymnastics, cheerleading, and soccer – she is their biggest fan.
